Mike has been at the forefront of the contact center industry for nearly 35 years. Founding Mediu in 2002, he has led Mediu to become one of the most respected contact center technology consulting firms in the United States.
Mike began his career at Arthur Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and then moved on to start two other successful software companies in the early 1990s. At that time he was recognized as a pioneer in touch and voice interactive technologies, well before their value was realized.
Always a forward-thinking consultant, Mike began focusing his attention on contact center and CRM consulting as the 90s came to a close. While running the CRM practice for eJiva Corporation (then a subsidiary of IGATE Corporation), Mike successfully built the best bottom-line performing group in the company.
After leaving eJiva for a principal position at Adjoined Consulting, Mike centered his attention on the emerging Genesys contact center platform. He then leveraged his extensive entrepreneurial expertise to roll out what became a successful Genesys consulting group into Mediu in 2002.
Director of Client Services
Ali wears many hats as Director of Client Services for Mediu. Her role spans marketing, human resources, contract management and accounting. During her six-year tenure with the company, Ali has been instrumental in helping Mediu achieve its goals and aggressive growth strategy. Her commitment to the company and its success is evident in everything she does.
While Ali started at Mediu while finishing her degree at The Ohio State University over 5 years ago, she quickly grew into a leadership role. Quick to learn, she is now leading marketing efforts while playing an integral role in the company's operations.
