Description:

The number of custom connectors that require support.  A custom connector is defined as an integration to another system that exchanges data with the Genesys Cloud platform. A custom connector is not sold / supported commercially.

Reasonable Default:

For a complex contact center: 2

For an intermediate contact center: 1

For a base contact center: 0

Examples:

– ZOHO

– Charles River

– Google Chat

Additional Information:

The activities of supporting a custom connector involve:

– Monitoring it

– Triage with the software vendor when problems are identified

– Confirming version compatibility between the ongoing versions of Genesys Cloud and the connector

If there is a custom connector between the Genesys Cloud platform and another system, but Mediu will not be monitoring or supporting the custom connector should it still be counted in the total number of connectors? No
