Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in customer acquisition efforts through the development of prospects that result in new solution sales for the company.  This position requires a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and good sales instincts.  The SDR will build direct relationships with team members and engage with potential customers to start the sales process. You will manage all aspects of sales lead generation while using cutting-edge technologies to remotely connect with customers.

SDRs will be evaluated daily on several key performance indicators. Successful SDRs who consistently achieve their objectives will be strongly considered for promotions into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide baseline research for targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to initial prospecting call using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources
  • Aggressively reach new customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
  • Maintain interaction with prospects via telephone, emails, and social channels
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Meet or exceed goals for qualified appointments on a monthly basis
  • Update prospect interactions in CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Provide closed-loop feedback and reporting to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Direct lead generation and follow up activity according to marketing events
  • Stay up to date on Customer Experience technologies, buyer personas, market trends, and competitors

  • Any sales experience (specifically in technology) is preferred, but not required
