Description:

The number of connectors that require support.  A connector is defined as an integration to another system that exchanges data with the Genesys Cloud platform. A connector is supported by the software vendor and not custom developed.

Reasonable Default:

For a complex contact center: 4

For an intermediate contact center: 2

For a base contact center: 1

Examples:

– Salesforce

– ServiceNow

– Genesys Cloud Campaign Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Additional Information:

The activities of supporting a connector involve:

– Monitoring it

– Triage with the software vendor when problems are identified

– Confirming version compatibility between the ongoing versions of Genesys Cloud and the connector

If there is a connector between the Genesys Cloud platform and another system, but Mediu will not be monitoring or supporting the connector should it still be counted in the total number of connectors? No
